It looks as if Hillary Clinton will be our next President. There is no one who can come close to beating her, and, quite frankly, no one who seems half as qualified. Obama's imploding, with Hillary's help, and John Edwards, bless his heart, just will not be able to shed himself of those narccisistic moments now memorialized on You Tube. And Bill Richardson will make a great Vice-President as he prepares to succeed Hillary in 2016. Richardson will be able to help overcome America's angst at electing its first woman President; he will be able to carry New Mexico and help in several other Southwestern states; he will sway the Hispanic vote; and, perhaps more importantly, he will provide a strong and professional international diplomatic presence. He's been there. He's done that. The Contenders: Obama- Too shallow Edwards- Too vain All other Democrats- running for VP. McCain- Done Guiliani- New York City, three wives, estranged children, Bernie Kerick, pro-abortion, pro-gay Thompson- Lazy, ugly January 20, 2009: PRESIDENT: Hillary Clinton VICE PRESIDENT: Bill Richardson FIRST GENTLEMAN: The boy from Hope. And a People's Temple Revisited scenario for the Radical Right.
